Is it true there could be such a word in exsistance? If so what would it mean? 

Major-general of the reserve of the Russian Federal Custodial Service Boris Ratnikov tells that Russia and other countries work on making special devices that turn humans into zombies.

It was already twenty years ago that mass media first mentioned the strange word combination ‘psychotronic weapon’.

All information about such weapons arrived from military men transferred to the reserve and from researchers that were not officially recognized by the Russian Academy of Sciences. 

They usually told about some generators that could make people muddleheaded even when they were distanced at hundreds of kilometers. 

Such devices were said to be able to control people’s behavior, seriously impair psyche and even drive people to death. 
 

As soon as information of the kind was published some people immediately claimed themselves as victims of impact of such psychotronic weapons. They stormed editorial offices of newspapers and magazines that reported about the psychotronic weapons and complained that some strange voices dictated orders to them. 

Journalists in their turn recommended such people visiting psychiatrists. 

By the year of 2000 the amount of publications about psychotronic weapons reduced to nothing and the impact of psychotronic weapons was no longer mentioned. 

These days, the issue of psychotronic weapons seems to be reviving.

Congresman Denis J. Kucinich introduced in the American Congress a bill, obliging the American president to get engaged in the negotiations aimed at the ban of space based weapons. 

In this bill the definition of a weapon system includes: 

any other unacknowledged or as yet undeveloped means inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person) through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populationsor the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations

  

Very interesting words to be usign if you had not discovered the technology.

As in all legislative acts quoted in this article the bill counts with sound, light or electromagnetic stimulation of human brain.

Psychotronic weapons remain, at least for a layman uninformed of secret military research, in the sphere of science fiction, since so far none of the published scientific experiments was presented in the way which would allow for its replication. 

That it is feasible to manipulate human behavior with the use of subliminal, either sound or visual, messages is now generally known. Brain manipulation from a distance

So we see so many pieces of evidence that weapons have and are being used. Surely this is not right, below is an article relating to the objections of 'Psychotronic Weapons' being used on American citizens. I thought it was interesting.

The following letter is alarming and vital to the understanding of how far the issue of psychotronic weapons and projects aimed at controlling American citizens and people everywhere has progressed.

The vast majority of scientists, physicians, nurses and public health educators’ trust that the ingredients in a vaccine have been individually and synergistically proven safe and effective.
The public believes these vaccines, aside from their specified virus(es), are sterile solutions, free from undesirable contaminants not listed on the manufacturer’s package inserts.
When the pediatrician injects a vaccine into the muscle of a child, the public has unquestioning faith that this is the case. In other words, we want to believe that vaccines have been generated under perfect conditions for the safety of children and ourselves.

It was reconfirmed that vaccines are “widely contaminated by viral and DNA genetic code fragments, many viruses and proteins''. There was expressed concern that these may also contain prions (tiny proteins responsible for incurable diseases and neurological disorders in both humans and animals) and oncogenes (a gene that turns normal cells into cancerous ones).

Dr. Andrew Lewis of the FDA said that a brand-new monkey-human mutant virus was created during the course of creating an adenovirus vaccine with adenvovirus-SV40 hybrid viruses. Dr. Lewis also worried that “foreign cellular DNA” common in childhood vaccines could include “viral oncogenes” capable of causing cancer.

We are entrusting these people with our well being, it seems we inicluding our children are one big genetic experiment. Do you want to play chance with you or your loved ones lives ? As this is what we have and are doing everyday.  Got that headache, do you automatically reach for the Asprin ? Change your habits!

When the question of safety is raised, response is somewhat filled with potential dangers.

The scientists presented a question to themselves as to whether or not an attenuated vaccine strain could revert into a variant virus capable of replicating so fast that it would cause AIDS. They agreed that they were unable to answer this question

On the question whether or not mutation events could occur in children after vaccination, the answer was that 

“Recombination among a variety of viruses [contaminant viruses] and cells co-infected in tissue culture is not uncommon.” What this basically means is that because it is  “not uncommon” for genetic codes of both contaminant viruses and living cells to recombine and create mutations in laboratory cultures, it can certainly occur in a child’s body after vaccination.

Dr. Hana Golding, Chief of CBER’s Laboratory of Retrovirus Research, raised the fear that although DNA fragment contaminants in vaccines may be thought to be dead, they could remain active and dangerous. This meant that the codes of these contaminants could combine in vaccines and create new mutant strains of pathogens.

Dr. Leonard Hayflick, a virologist at both Stanford and the University of California at San Francisco raised a concern that the 

common primary culture used for making vaccines with animals and bird embryos has created a situation where it is “apparent that these cells contained many unwanted viruses, some of which were lethal to humans.” This was especially worrisome of those vaccines, such as polio, which still relies on monkey kidney cells that have contributed to widespread death and illness.

One of the UK’s leading vaccine expert, Dr. Phil Minor from the National Institute of Biological Standards and Control, noted that 

some cases of polio vaccine are polluted with more monkey virus, SV40, than actual poliovirus.

 Although the uninitiated who are not informed about-closed door vaccine science have been led to assume that SV40 was no longer in polio vaccines at the time of this meeting, the conversations confirmed that it was still in use. This is another example of deception at high levels within the vaccine industrial complex and high government health officials to withhold information that directly impacts the health and well being of citizens.

Dr. Rebecca Sheets from the CBER’s laboratory responsible for monitoring vaccine safety stated the national health organizations had no control over how vaccines were made. In short, they could make recommendations but the vaccine industrial complex was free to act as it choose.

It is impossible to remove DNA contaminants from vaccines.

Although weight limits for contaminating DNA were set by the FDA as far back as 1986, vaccine makers have never been able to reach that goal. The CDC decided to limit their weight recommendation to cancerous cell lines and then increase the other DNA contamination allowance one hundred-fold.  However, these limits are only “recommendations” and, therefore, the FDA is unable to enforce them. Vaccine manufacturers continue to have the freedom to take scientific measures to reduce contaminants only if they wish.

Chemtrails and Consipracy

H.A.A.R.P

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA)                                          

Its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance purposes.  The HAARP program operates a major Arctic facility, known as the HAARP Research Station, on an Air Force owned site near Gakona, Alaska.                                                                                               Recent article  on Weather Modifications. The head of the China Meteorological Administration assured concerned residents that the agency’s attempts to create artificial snow to ease a record drought this winter have not polluted the environment.      

The trails you are seeing are left behind from Aircraft, they are not dispersing, why would that be ?

Is it due to badly maintaned Aircraft or are they 'spraying' chemicals down on the citizens below, as they once did at Porton Down.

Heavy Chemtrailing leaves scattered clouds forming. Slowly the trails dispersing enough to create a cloud canopy, it is quite common for it to rain the next day.

Here is an example after chemical spraying, there was a heavy 'Oil Spill'

It is also common to see what is refered to as a 'Chembow'. These are often described as straight rainbows, evidence of this to the picture taken to the Right, light reflecting particles, but what are the particles made up of, if we look at the refered chemicals used in previous Chemtrailing it is quite a scary prospect.!

The field of 'nanotechnology' is in its infancy, and much has yet to be discovered as to how nanomaterials behave and what effects they'll have on humans and the environment. Conditions such as Morgellons Disease may be linked to this new technology.

Morgellons Disease : crawling, biting or stinging sensation on the skin, fibers, specks or granules appear unexplainedly on the skin's surface.
Black fibers that appear on the skin are made from 'nanomaterials' according to research study. One 2007 study conducted by American toxicologist Dr. Hildegarde Staninger, the fibers found on Morgellons patients are 'nanocompounds' which are typically used in bio-nano-manufacturing processes.

Nanotechnology
Nanotechnology is a field of applied science in which the smallest units of matter are manipulated to create new materials and processes. "Nano" represents a unit of measurement where one nanometer is equal to one billionth of meter. Because of their minute sizes, nanomaterials are much stronger than macro-sized materials and have different--usually stronger--chemical properties as well.

Morgellons Disease
Morgellons Disease is a skin disorder in which fibers, specks or granules appear unexplainedly on the surface of the skin. Individuals who suffer from this condition also report crawling, biting and stinging sensations. The Morgellons Research Foundation lists more than 13,000 families suffering from this condition in the United States. Little is known about the cause of the condition. Initially, the Centers for Disease Control labeled it "delusional parasitosis," as it was first considered to be the result of a mental disorder. However, the high incidence of physical symptoms in reported cases led the CDC to reclassify Morgellons as an "unexplained dermatology."
 

Nanotechnology and Morgellons
Numerous theories link nanotechnology to Morgellons Disease. Epidemiological and research studies have identified the black fibers that appear in the skin as made from nanomaterials. In March 2007, American toxicologist Dr. Hildegarde Staninger published a much publicized study in which researchers collected fiber material samples from Morgellons sufferers. Results revealed that the materials in the fibers were nanocompounds commonly used in bio-nano-manufacturing processes.

Chemtrails
Chemical spraying is cited as a possible nanotechology-related distribution method for Morgellons Disease. These sprays--also referred to as chemtrails--are said to be dispersed by jet airplanes at high altitudes. An March 7, 2001, article from USA Today cites numerous reports made across the United States regarding unusual plane-exhaust trails in the sky. Statements made by governing agencies were characterized as elusive, denying that any such phenomena existed. Activist groups opposed to biochemical warfare research identify the numerous chemtrail sightings as practice procedures carried out by military agencies. Nanocompounds are thought to play a part in the manufacture of biowarfare materials.

Food Additives
As of August 2006, The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the use of a nano-engineered food additive for use as a food preservative. The additive comes in the form of a bacteriophage, which is a virus organism designed to "eat up" bacterial organisms that grow in food. Findings presented by Staninger show that the materials found in Morgellons cases are the same ones used in the manufacturing of bacteriophages. Morgellons activists are concerned that nano-engineered products and food may be the source of this disease.
